Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Indexific (the "Service") operated by Indexific ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Indexific is a URL indexing service that submits your URLs to search engines including Google, Bing, and Yandex via their official APIs and the IndexNow protocol. The Service tracks submission status and provides a credit refund if a submitted URL is not indexed by Google within 14 days.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit Packs

You purchase credits in advance to submit URLs. One credit equals one URL submission. Credit packs are available at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

4.2 Non-Expiry

Purchased credits do not expire. They remain in your account balance indefinitely until used or until your account is closed.

4.3 No Subscription

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals unless you explicitly initiate a new purchase.

4.4 Refunds on Purchases

Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once a submission has been made against them. If you have not used any credits from a pack and wish to request a refund within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. The 14-Day Indexing Guarantee

If Google does not index a submitted URL within 14 days of submission, the credit used for that URL will be automatically returned to your account balance. This guarantee applies to:

• URLs that are publicly accessible and not blocked by robots.txt or a noindex directive at the time of submission
• URLs submitted by registered, active accounts in good standing

The guarantee does not apply if:

• The URL was not publicly crawlable at the time of submission (behind a login, password-protected, noindex tag, etc.)
• The URL was removed or redirected after submission
• The URL contains content that violates Google's quality guidelines
• Google indexed the URL but later removed it from the index for quality reasons
• The account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms

Credit refunds are processed automatically within 24 hours after the 14-day window expires. We do not issue cash refunds in place of credit refunds under this guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to submit URLs that:

• Contain spam, malware, phishing content, or deceptive material
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Promote illegal goods or services
• Are designed to manipulate search engine rankings through deceptive means

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that submit prohibited URLs, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are the property of Indexific or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. By submitting URLs, you grant us a limited license to transmit those URLs to search engine APIs on your behalf.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Search engines will index any particular URL (other than the credit refund commitment described in Section 5)
• Indexing will improve your search rankings or traffic

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDEXIFIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Indexific harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practical. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
